Basic Cleaning

A $25 nonrefundable booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. The booking deposit will be applied toward your final service total. An appointment is not confirmed until the booking deposit has been paid. We'll email you a QuickBooks invoice with a secure payment link.

Pet Hair Fee: $25. A $25 pet-hair fee may be added when excessive pet hair requires additional cleaning time. Customers should disclose all pets when requesting an appointment.

Applicable Maryland sales tax will be added to the final service total.

Save with recurring cleaning. Weekly, biweekly, monthly, and quarterly cleanings are offered at reduced rates compared with one-time cleanings. Final pricing is based on the home’s size, condition, service frequency, and cleaning needs.
