About these terms

These terms apply to cleaning services provided by T&T Affordable Cleaning Service LLC and to booking requests submitted through this website. By requesting a cleaning, you agree to the terms below.

Booking and deposit

A $40 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit is paid. We'll email you a QuickBooks invoice with a secure payment link, and the deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.

Submitting a request through this website does not confirm an appointment. A requested date is held only temporarily and may be released if the deposit is not paid.

Pricing and estimates

Prices shown on this website are starting rates. Final pricing varies with the size of the home, its condition, and the specific services requested. Add-on services are priced separately. We will confirm your total before service.

Payment for the balance is due the day of service. A 3% fee applies to credit card payments.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, the visit may be treated as a cancellation.

Promotions and loyalty rewards

After completing five cleanings, customers receive 20% off their sixth cleaning. After the reward is redeemed, the loyalty program starts over.

Promotional offers are limited to one discount per customer and cannot be combined with other promotions. Loyalty rewards are available for recurring residential clients.

Access and the service area

You are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the scheduled time. We serve Upper Marlboro, Bowie, Clinton, Waldorf, Prince George's County and nearby DMV communities.

Insurance

T&T Affordable Cleaning Service LLC is licensed, bonded and insured.
