How much does a cleaning cost?

Basic cleaning starts at $160 for a 1 bedroom / 1 bath home. Typical rates are $185 for 2 bed / 1–2 bath, $245 for 3 bed / 2–3 bath, $275 for 4 bed / 2.5–3 bath, and 5 bedrooms with 3+ baths start at $325. Deep cleaning, move-in/move-out and commercial jobs are quoted based on size and condition.

How do I get an exact quote?

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Your quoted price is the price. Add-on services (inside the fridge, inside the oven, interior windows, laundry, and similar extras) are optional and priced up front before we begin.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes. We run monthly specials, offer a military and first responder discount, and our T&T Loyalty Rewards program gives you 20% off your sixth cleaning after five completed cleanings. Ask about current promotions when you book — one discount per customer, and promotions cannot be combined.

What payment methods do you accept?

We invoice through QuickBooks and accept card and online payments. Flexible pay-over-time is also available through Affirm, subject to approval — just ask for the payment link when scheduling.

Is a deposit required?

All new clients pay a $40 deposit to lock in the appointment. The deposit is applied toward your total — it is not an extra charge.

How does the deposit work?

After you submit a booking request, we send you a QuickBooks invoice by email with a pay-online link. Your date is only held temporarily; the appointment is not confirmed until the $40 deposit is paid.

What happens if I don't pay the deposit?

The requested date is released and may be booked by another customer. We will always reach out before releasing a date, but we can't guarantee the time slot without the deposit.

What's included in a standard cleaning?

Dusting and wipe-down of surfaces, bedrooms and living areas, full bathroom cleaning (toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, mirrors), kitchen counters, exterior of appliances, sink and stovetop, trash removal, and vacuuming and mopping of all floors.

What's the difference between a standard and a deep cleaning?

A deep cleaning covers everything in a standard cleaning plus detailed work: baseboards, door frames, light switches, vents, cabinet fronts, grout and buildup in bathrooms and kitchens, and hard-to-reach areas. We recommend a deep cleaning for first-time clients and for move-in/move-out jobs.

Which extras can I add on?

Popular add-ons include inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, interior windows, inside cabinets, laundry, and steam or floor treatment services. Let us know when booking so we can price them and set aside enough time.

Do I need to supply cleaning products or equipment?

Accepted Answer

No — our team brings professional supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use specific products for your floors, pets, or allergies, leave them out and let us know.

Do I have to be home during the cleaning?

It's up to you. Many customers provide entry instructions or a lockbox code. Our team is background-checked, and we are licensed, bonded and insured.

What areas do you serve?

Upper Marlboro, Bowie, Clinton, Waldorf, Prince George's County and nearby DMV communities. If you're just outside our usual area, call and ask — we can often work it out.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. With 24 hours' notice, your $40 deposit is applied to a new date of your choosing.

What if I cancel with less than 24 hours' notice?

Late cancellations, same-day cancellations, and lockouts (our team arrives and can't get in) forfeit the $40 deposit, since the time slot was reserved for you and can no longer be filled.
