Sales & Marketing Representative Requirements
We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our services through effective sales and marketing strategies. Your goal is to expand TNT’s presence in both the residential and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective clients through outreach, networking, and marketing campaigns.
- Promote and communicate the value of TNT Affordable Clean’s services to both residential and commercial
clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals and driving new business.
- Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and strategies.

Requirements
Experience in Sales & Marketing:
Proven experience in a sales and/or marketing role, ideally within service-oriented industries such as cleaning, hospitality, real estate, or facilities management.
Familiarity with both B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) sales processes.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
Ability to craft compelling messages for email campaigns, social media posts, and sales presentations.
Sales Acumen:
Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold-calling, and closing sales.
Comfort with prospecting and identifying new business opportunities, particularly in the commercial sector.
Confidence in handling objections and negotiating contract terms.
Marketing Knowledge:
Experience with digital marketing, including email campaigns, social media advertising, and SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
Ability to develop marketing strategies that align with business goals, target customers, and promote TNT’s cleaning services effectively.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and monitor client relationships.
Knowledge of how to leverage CRM data to optimize sales strategies and improve customer retention.
Results-Driven & Goal-Oriented:
A self-motivated individual who is comfortable working with sales targets and marketing performance metrics.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, balancing multiple priorities.
Team Collaboration:
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Comfortable attending meetings, presentations, and events on behalf of the company.
Technology Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus for creating marketing materials.
Flexibility & Adaptability:
Willingness to work flexible hours, attend client meetings, or adjust strategies based on market feedback and evolving business needs.
Educational Background:
A degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.
Preferred (But Not Required) Skills:
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the cleaning services industry, including competitive landscape and industry trends.
Networking: Experience attending networking events, trade shows, or industry conferences to generate business leads.
Creative Skills: Experience with content creation or campaign development to promote services across multiple platforms.
